Drawing from his own path through youth hockey, NCAA Division I, and 10 years of professional hockey, Gavin provides honest, individualized guidance to help players and families make informed decisions about development, teams, leagues, recruiting, and the next steps in their hockey journey.
The Pathway is also about the parts of hockey that don’t show up on a stat sheet. Gavin works directly with players through difficult stretches: low confidence, reduced playing time, injuries, roster uncertainty, setbacks, and the pressure that comes with competitive hockey. Having experienced the highs and lows of the game firsthand, he can provide perspective, mentorship, and practical guidance to help players regain confidence and keep moving forward.
